There are approx. 6 million non-injury accidents a year that police are called to the scene of for the purpose of creating an accident report to be kept on file. On average a police officer expends 40 minute per incident and these non-injury accidents consume 4333,333 hour a year of police officers' time. Tort Logics proposes a web-based tool to reduce administrative burdens by increasing the capacity of law enforcement agencies to enhance policies and procedures involving non-injury accident response and reporting. Our e-government technologies and their police department directed innitiatives are designed to insure quick public awareness. Links to download this USAccident Report App will be provided free of charge to all State, Sheriff and City Police Departments for iphone, Droid and Blackberry users. This community policing technology can be acquired before an accident or after an accident has occurred. Police dispatch and 911 call centers can direct callers to police website where the USAccident Report App can be downloaded to their smart phone right at the accident scene.
